Who operates this service
NamasteCraft Social Desk is operated under the NamasteCraft service brand by 郑州颜之初生物科技有限公司. The company uses namastecraft.com and [email protected] for the NamasteCraft service. See Company & Brand Relationship.
Information we may process
After a client or account holder explicitly authorizes a TikTok Business account, the service may process authorized-account profile information, media belonging to that account, related comments, content-action records and authorization status required for the requested workflow.
Purpose
We use this information to display the connected account, organize media for client-authorized accounts, support staff comment review, prepare supported client-authorized account content actions, maintain authorization status, secure the service and respond to support or deletion requests.
Authorization boundary
We intend to access TikTok account data only after the relevant client or account holder authorizes the connection. We do not describe this service as a public-account scraping product.
Retention and deletion
We retain TikTok-derived information only as reasonably needed for the authorized workflow, security and applicable legal obligations. After a valid disconnect or deletion request is completed, associated TikTok-derived data is deleted or de-identified unless retention is legally required.
Sharing
We do not sell TikTok-derived personal information. Limited service providers may process data only when necessary to host, secure or support the service under appropriate obligations.
Security
We use access controls, least-privilege practices and transport security. Authorization codes and access credentials are not intended to be displayed on public pages.
