Data Deletion
How an account holder can request removal of a TikTok connection and deletion of associated TikTok-derived data.
Service operator
NamasteCraft Social Desk is operated by 郑州颜之初生物科技有限公司 under the NamasteCraft service brand. Deletion requests for this service are handled through [email protected].
Disconnect access
An authorized account holder may request that the TikTok connection be disconnected. Once processed, the workspace will no longer use that authorization for new TikTok account access.
Request deletion
Email [email protected] with the subject TikTok Data Deletion Request. Include the TikTok account username you authorized and enough information for us to verify that the request relates to your connection. Do not email passwords, access tokens or authorization codes.
What we delete
After verification, we delete TikTok-derived account profile copies, media metadata stored for the connected workflow, comment-workflow records and authorization-related application data that are not legally required to be retained.
Confirmation
We will respond from the NamasteCraft contact channel when the request has been completed or if reasonable additional verification is necessary.
